Impressed with their coordinated care plans. The approach of having a medical team to respond and communicate instantly is something Meraki is doing well. They have responded well in urgent situations for impactful outcome. There is some room for improvement in terms of communicating schedules clearly, as well as updating general status consistently. However, Meraki has been very helpful for most important matters.
